InfoMedia works with key areas of the football club such as CRM, ticketing, hospitality and merchandise utilising mobile technology to develop new revenue streams and enhance engagement with their fans. InfoMedia has created a system for Manchester United that allows the club to promote hospitality and ticketing services during the games on the LED screens. A call to action is presented to the fan and after the fan texts into the keyword the United CRM team are informed via the InfoMedia CMS tools and are given the customers details so they can ring them back regarding their interest.
InfoMedia has also created a Season Ticket waiting list submission form on the Wap site. This allows the fan to register their interest in purchasing a season ticket and join the waiting list.
InfoMedia has also ensured that the Manchester United portal is at the forefront of the industry and has created a site that is catered for both touch screen and high-end handsets. Using the latest java script technologies IMS can deliver a fantastic user experience to the customer depending on the level of their handset.
